This website is operated by Arsh Marketing Event & Consultancy ("Arsh Marketing", "we", "us"), a marketing and events company based at Saraya Avenue, Block B, 3rd Floor, Office 301, Al Garhoud, Dubai, UAE. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect

We keep data collection to the minimum needed to answer you.

• Enquiries. When you use the form on our Contact page, the site opens a draft email in your own email app with the details you typed (name, email, company, type of project and brief). Nothing is sent to us until you send that email. The form itself does not store your details on our server.
• Email and phone. If you email or call us, we keep the messages and contact details you give us so we can reply and follow up.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
• Website statistics. If you choose "Accept all", we use Google Analytics (Google LLC) to count visits and see which pages are read. It uses cookies and receives your IP address and browser details under Google's privacy policy. If you choose "Essential only", it does not load.
• Your cookie choice. We save your cookie choice in your browser so we do not ask on every visit. See our Cookie Policy.

We do not ask for payment details, government ID numbers or other sensitive data on this website. Please do not send them to us through the contact form.

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote or proposal.
• To run and keep this website secure.
• To meet our legal and accounting duties.
• To tell you about our services, only if you have asked or agreed to hear from us. You can opt out at any time.

Our legal bases are your consent, steps needed to respond to your request or to enter a contract, our legitimate interest in running our business and keeping the site secure, and our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where needed with:

• service providers that help us run the site and our email, such as hosting and email providers, who must protect it;
• professional advisers, authorities or courts when the law requires or allows it; and
• a buyer or successor if our business changes hands, with the same protection for your data.

Third-party content and links

Our Contact page can show a Google Map. It loads only after you choose to load it or accept all cookies. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies under Google's privacy policy.

The site links to other websites, including our sister company Steer Media, client campaign pages such as scanwinuae.com, and social networks. They have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for them.

The fonts and scripts this website uses are hosted on our own server, so loading them does not send your data to other companies.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we take steps to make sure your data stays protected as the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship, and for the period the law requires for business and tax records. When we no longer need personal data, we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and other laws that apply to you, you may have the right to:

• ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy;
• ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
• ask us to delete or restrict our use of your data;
• object to our use of your data, including for marketing, and withdraw consent you gave; and
• ask for your data in a portable format, where that applies.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No website or email is completely secure, so please take care with what you send.

This website is for businesses. It is not meant for children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
