Using this website
This website is operated by Arsh Marketing Event & Consultancy, Saraya Avenue, Block B, 3rd Floor, Office 301, Al Garhoud, Dubai, UAE. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Information on this site
The site describes our services and shows examples of past work. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not a quote or an offer. Services, scope and prices are agreed in writing with each client. We may change or remove content at any time.
Intellectual property
The site design, text, code and our own photography belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, scrape, resell or republish our content without our written permission.
Client names, logos and campaign photos
Client names, brand names and logos on this site belong to their owners. They appear only to show the brands we have worked with and do not mean that the brand endorses us or this site. Campaign photos show work delivered for our clients. If you are a rights holder and want something changed or removed, email [email protected] and we will act promptly.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation, try to gain unauthorised access, or send harmful code.
Links and third parties
We link to other websites, including Steer Media (our sister company) and client campaign pages. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Enquiries
Sending us an enquiry does not create a contract. A contract exists only when we both agree to a written proposal or agreement. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on its content, and we do not guarantee it will be error-free or always available. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates that apply there. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Questions? Email [email protected].
