Designing a stand for food
- Product first. Packs at eye level, one hero product, a clear brand colour. Buyers walk fast.
- A tasting point. A counter with a clean prep area, storage and waste that fits the show rules. Plan the equipment early, since power and water are ordered through the organiser.
- A meeting area. Buyers need somewhere to sit, taste and talk numbers. A closed corner gives privacy.
- Graphics that say where you are from. Origin, certifications and the main selling point in one line each.
